Are you saying a custom component sometimes is displayed and some not?

At runtime or design time?

If yes, it not happends for me.

What happened to me sometimes is, when there is a error in a custom component, all the other components displaying (custom or not) may dissapear or display ERROR. Then the only solution is repair the error.
